Reservation Information

WELCOME TO TERRACE MARQ PENSION::::

Check-in time: After 3pm, check-out time: Before 11am (Strict check-in/check-out times apply on off-season weekends)

The maximum number of people (including infants) set by the pension cannot be exceeded. No one other than the number of people reserved can enter the pension. (If the number of people exceeds the maximum without the permission of the manager, you will be evicted without a refund.)

If the number of people increases after reservation, please contact us in advance before the date of use. If you are caught exceeding the number of people in the reservation (including visitors and infants) without prior notice to the manager, an additional fee of 50,000 won per person will be charged.

If you do not respond, you will be evicted without a refund. (This is a special measure taken as there are many cases of people entering the room secretly by lying about the number of people.)
(However, the maximum number of people cannot be exceeded, and if you are caught secretly entering the room exceeding the maximum number of people without prior permission from the manager, you will be asked to leave without a refund.)

Please note that visitors other than the number of people reserved will be charged an additional fee (10,000 won per person) regardless of whether they sleep or not (if you contact the manager in advance).

If the number of people exceeds the standard, an additional 20,000 won per person will be charged.
(No additional charge applies to children under 24 months.)

Pets and companion animals are not allowed.
For a pleasant indoor environment, smoking is strictly prohibited, and bringing in ingredients that may cause odors, such as red crabs, king crabs, steamed king crabs, grilled fish, grilled shellfish, and grilled meat, and cooking are strictly prohibited. (Immediate eviction without refund)

(In particular, crab dishes may retain their smell for more than 10 days, so please cooperate for the next guests.)

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited . Please refrain from using indoor flammable items such as candlelight events and fireworks. Please refrain from bringing in personal portable cooking appliances.

Please separate your trash by type. (Please put your trash in the bin provided in the hallway before going to bed. If you leave it in the room, it may leave an odor.)
In case of damage or loss of any items, please consult in advance and check out.
(Please prepare a deposit of 20,000 won per room (50,000 won for 4 or more adults) upon check-in.)

Outdoor BBQ area: Available from April to the end of October (barbecue area cannot be used in case of rain)

BBQ Facilities: Disposable boosters and fans are provided free of charge.

BBQ area use hours: Only from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please use it without any mistakes.

(The BBQ area closes at 10 PM. Please note that use of the BBQ area after 10 PM is prohibited for the convenience of other guests.)

Burners and charcoal grills brought by pension guests are strictly prohibited from being used due to the risk of fire.

Please refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 PM for the sake of other guests.

※ During the summer season, holidays, and on the day, if you do not make a deposit within 1 hour, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
※ Minors without a guardian are not permitted to stay.
※ If payment is not made within 3 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
If you have difficulty depositing money, please contact us by text or phone.
If you are staying the next day, please make a deposit within 2 hours.

Refund Policy

90% from reservation date to 8 days before use date, 70% from 6-7 days before use date, 50% from 4-5 days before use date, 30% from 2-3 days before use date, no refund from 1 day before use date to the day of use date
